Maltaville Album quilt

Here is block 5 of the Maltaville Album quilt. This one was fun to do and while I'm here I've found a photo of a quilt I made a number of years ago and I've always loved it so I'm using it for the heading this month. It is a pattern by Blackbird designs and is called Alma's Friendship Garden.

Beautiful fabric colors. I will have to work on my applique projects till my machine gets back. Time I finished them, so this will do it;)

Wow Dorothy, the bird block looks fantastic.
I'm feeling abit disconnected at the moment as my laptop has little connection through the mobile phone (too many hills not enough towers)so have just stolen the use of my nephew's computer for ten minutes to check blogland.
Thanks, seeing what's going on out there is cheering me up,
Cheers Margaret
