Here is a photo of my Sue Spargo 2015 BOM. It was very enjoyable to make but a lot of work each month. I finished it off by hand quilting it and in the borders used one of Sue's variegated blue threads.
Here are a few individual photos. Each month we received the pattern for 3 blocks and wool for the background and the animals, flowers, houses etc. Each block is 6" square and there are 30 blocks.
Some of the pieces couldn't be sewn until the next block was joined as they crossed over the seam.
I have never sewn so many bullion stitches. One of the trees had 98 bullions.
I learned to sew many new and varied embroidery stitches.
I'll add some more photos when I've worked out the Windows10. Trying to download from my camera is almost impossible. Somehow yesterday Windows 10 started on our computer and I'm stuck with it and it's hassles and how slow it starts up. etc. etc. etc.

Cute quilt!
The added details makes the design of the quilt so very special. I know it had to have taken you many, many hours to do all that but oh so worth it.
Thanks for the great close-up photos. It's absolutely beautiful, Dorothy.
Wow! What a mystery!! Your stitching is so pretty.
Love how your quilt came out, that is such a fun one to do and your stitches are beautiful.

How sweet! I adore it. And yes, technological changes are frustrating!

Beautiful workmanship. You can be proud.

This is so sweet! I saw it hanging in Sue's booth at Quilt Market -- I didn't realize that it was a BOM. Good luck with Windows 10 -- it tried to start automatically on our computer the other day, so I called hubby in -- he aborted it somehow. There should be laws to prevent them from doing that crap! Have a good weekend!
Beautiful. A work of art. I love all the funny little animals.
Fabulous job!!!
Your workmanship is exquisite. I'll be working on mine for the next 2 years!!
Congratulations on such an amazing quilt. Your embroidery work is just stunning WOW!!!
Incredible job on this complicated quilt. It must have really taken perseverance to complete it by now. Beautiful stitching!!
I have never done a Sue Spargo design but much admire them. So much detail work in each one but still a style all her own. Well done, Dorothy.
